Sal tailors each workout based on my changing needs, and it quite good at identifying what I really want to accomplish in my workout routine. Sal is awesome! Since going to him for training at the end of May, I have already lost 10 pounds. His workouts are based upon my strength and endurance level, which is great because it allows me to push myself to the next level. Since I started with Sal, I have been able to greatly increase my workouts and the difficulty of each workout. My friend and I had the privilege of being Sal’s clients for 6 months. We were very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and passion for fitness. It was evident that he designed our workouts around our goals, and is up to date on many new, different types of exercise equipment such as the Bosu and TRX.
